It is something we grow into, often slowly. It takes shape through relationships, routines, questions, missteps, and care. For many of us at Bethel College, belonging has come in layers, shaped by who we are, when we arrived, and what we’ve learned along the way.

On Belonging is a storytelling space created by the Office of Culture and Belonging to reflect those layered experiences.
